The Tale of a Tyrant King and Divine Justice

Once upon a time, there was a king who ruled with tyranny and was consumed by wicked thoughts. He would often bring new women to his palace and engage in evil deeds with them. As he became the undisputed ruler of his kingdom, he announced a new decree: any woman getting married must spend the first night with him before her husband. Remarkably, every family in the city welcomed this unjust tradition, fearing the king's wrath.

However, one brave man defied the king's decree when he discovered the truth behind it. He openly denounced the king's actions, but the king's power silenced any opposition. Fearing for his life, the man fled the city with his wife. Enraged by this defiance, the king ordered a relentless pursuit to capture the couple and punish them.

Despite their attempts to escape, the king's soldiers eventually caught the man and his wife. Dragged back to the city, they were sentenced to be burned alive in front of the entire populace. As the flames engulfed them, the couple cursed the king and prayed for divine justice.

Their words did not go unheard. A sudden calamity struck the city—a heavenly angel descended, proclaiming the city's doom for its sins. The king, initially amused by the spectacle, soon found himself at the mercy of divine retribution. The angel uttered a single command, and the earth beneath the city split open, swallowing it whole.

The moral of the story is clear: no matter how powerful a tyrant may be, their oppression will ultimately lead to their downfall. Divine justice may be delayed, but it is always inevitable.
